Danial is an embodiment of a well-rounded talent with only passion, but the discipline and commitment to progress. He does not settle for the status quo and always seeks to conquer and master the skillsets to deliver the best in what he does. He took a phenomenal leap from being a creative editor and producer to becoming a stakeholder relations officer where he pushed himself to come out of his shell and engage with the diverse needs and demands from regional stakeholders through the project. His work is always delivered with care, neatly produced and professionally executed. He is naturally confident and well-spoken which is a strength that he leverages when dealing with stakeholders in achieving shared objectives. Danial has made significant strides in building and refining his stakeholder management skills. He has push himself further, consistently looking for new ways to add value and strengthen these relationships. His proactive approach and dedication to understanding stakeholder needs have enhanced his influence, earning him trust and respect across different levels of the organization, including with regional offices. Additionally, he is a team player who collaborates effectively with his teammates, creating an environment where others feel valued and heard. His approachability and commitment inspire confidence among his team members, who trust in his leadership and rely on his guidance. This supportive dynamic has fostered a strong sense of teamwork and morale, allowing his team to work cohesively and efficiently. His expertise in video production is exceptional and sets a high standard. With a deep knowledge of both the creative and technical aspects, he consistently delivers high-quality outputs that exceed expectations. His experience and insights are an asset to the team, providing direction and innovation that elevate the quality of the team's projects. Danial demonstrated remarkable innovation and foresight in integrating INSTEP's legacy and history into the Road to PETRONAS 50 celebration and carnival. His creative approach to enhancing the activation was both strategic and impactful, challenging conventional methods to ensure its success. Furthermore, he provided invaluable support to INSTEP by offering strategic insights and resources, effectively addressing needs from the OPUs perspective. Demonstrating bravery by stepping out of his comfort zone to explore beyond video production is a bold move. Danial has quickly picked up new skills. From developing the brand application incorporating P50 branding to executing PETRONAS 50 Dreams and 50 Homecoming for East Coast and Sarawak, he has performed exceptionally well and deserves commendation. Danial is an excellent team player. He collaborates effectively with others and can work with diverse personalities to achieve the end goal. He consistently shows flexibility and provides continuous support to help the team achieve our objectives. Danial easily adapts to different environments. He is flexible and adjusts well to new and challenging tasks and changing conditions. Danial demonstrates integrity in his work. He is a reliable teammate and colleague, and an effective problem solver. This is seen in the execution of PETRONAS 50 Dreams, 50 Homecoming and P50 Corporate Campaign. He is very independent and confident in executing all tasks by his own. His good relationship with all stakeholders helped him to deliver all tasks assigned to him. He always portrays great character by providing problem solving and drive direction during challenging times. He understands the task at hand and knows how to maneuver and adapt in delivering the solutions. He is a great team player during his involvement in P50 project by providing assistance and know when to take lead during challenging time. He took full accountability in his task and deliverables. I enjoyed working with him as he always provided insights and solutions during any discussion. Great Job bro! Through my involvement in P50 Dreams Project, Danial showed role modeling in term of his overall leadership behaviour managing project team which include external parties and public, these ensure exceptional quality & timeliness of the product delivery. On top of that, he managed stakeholders especially selected recipients of 50 Dreams project benefit with empathy and authenticity thus elevate the overall good name of PETRONAS in the eyes of mass public. He drives the team to come-up with innovative ideas and breaking the classic norm in term of product marketing and branding. The incumbent has demonstrated great leadership behavior throughout the P50 programmes. He managed to cope with the heavy workload over the weekend and manage the level of stress very well, especially which the last minutes changes due to the event involved with VVIP Resilient and willing to step up and give feedback to higher management. Danny always open for conversation, discussion and feedback. Possess a right attitude to be one of the Account Manager for Road to PETRONAS 50 activations be it PETRONAS 50 Dreams or Homecoming. I like his attitude that always making time to understand our challenges in region when executing activations. His effort and sincerity to understand, support & defend our pitch in PETRONAS Dreams is the most valuable thing that captured our heart. His willingness to listen and try to solve issues for a win-win situation is a great asset for our organisation for him to grow further in his career journey. Danial always focuses on the customers' perspective and strives to make a significant impact through hiswork. Some of Danial's standout qualities are his adept management of stakeholders and creative solutions. He is constantly brimming with innovative ideas and thinks outside the box. His abilities to effectively handle these aspect makes him one of the valuable assets to the team. He always strives to provide the best results in everything he does/did. Danny has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to his work, making him a reliable and valued member of our team. His meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks significantly enhance the quality of our projects. Additionally, Danny readily supports the team whenever needed, showcasing his collaborative spirit and dedication to our collective goals. Danny's attentiveness and careful approach stand out in every interaction. He demonstrates a calm demeanor while consistently striving to deliver the desired results. Danial has a very positive outlook that helps him tackle challenges with grace. He shows strong element of Innovate Now especially in leading the collaborative effort of conducting the RTP50 event where he was full of new ideas and putting his utmost trust on his team member in making the impossible possible. He also encourage feedback, create safe and positive atmosphere by listening to ideas and feedback attentively.
